Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Lagos studio in Nigeria through our delivery partners.

Upon your order, you will receive an order confirmation notice.

Processing Time

Orders would be processed when payment confirmation has been received from our financial institutions.

• Lagos: Orders are dispatched for delivery within 5 working days from confirmation of payment.
• Rest of Nigeria: Orders are dispatched for delivery within 7 working days from confirmation of payment.
• International: Orders are dispatched within 7 working days from confirmation of payment. 
• Note that processing time for pre-order items may vary.
• We shall begin processing all purchases made during a sales within 48 hrs after the end of the sales.

We’ll send you a tracking number from our third-party delivery partner so you can track your order.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and varies from region to region.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after they have been dispatched. Your order will be delivered during working business days and may require a signature, kindly ship to an address where someone can receive the package for you.

If there’ll be a delay with your order we will let you know.

Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that NITEMI has no control over additional delays as a result of this. Pre-Order Items

Dispatch Notification

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time
or dispatch date,

Please notify us by sending an email to hello@shopnitemi.com including your order number.

Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

If no complaint is raised about an order within 14 days from dispatch, NITEMI will assume there are no issues and the package has been received successfully.

Custom and Duties Charges?

Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. NITEMI has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.

In rare cases that your package arrives from multiple warehouses if its unavailable in one location, duties may apply depending on your shipping address
