- We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition, including original tags attached, for a store credit.
- Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arrival at our warehouse.
- All End-of-Season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except if the wrong size or style was received.
- All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- Please use the NITÉMI return labels. NITÉMI will not be held responsible for private labels, their associated fees, as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.
- We do not guarantee that items advertised on this site are in stock or available. Where items are out of stock, refunds on purchases will be issued within 72 hours.
- All garments are made to order (unless otherwise stated) and require 7 to 10 working days for processing, excluding delivery timeline, as each piece is crafted with care to feel just as special to wear as it was to make.

Eligible items may be returned for:

A different style
Store credit only
Refunds are not issued at this time.
All returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
MADE-TO-ORDER & BEADED ITEMS (IMPORTANT)
All garments are made to order (unless otherwise stated) and require 7–10 working days for processing, excluding delivery time.
All made-to-order dresses are NON-RETURNABLE.
Made-to-order items may only be amended where applicable.
All beaded items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of the embellishments.
Each piece is crafted with care to feel just as special to wear as it was to make.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
